FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 12 August 2005 PNC TELECOM PLC (the "Company") Trading update In the five week period ended 5 August 2005, the Company's un-auditedmanagement accounts show that sales amounted to ‚£2.9 million which generatedprofit before tax in excess of ‚£95,000.As announced at the time of the final results for the year ended 31 March 2005,Joseph Case, a director of the Company, has been operating a retail,distribution and trade finance business in the telecoms field for the Companyand in particular the sale of telecommunications equipment, plasma and LCDscreens, DVD digital equipment and computer equipment, to both corporate and onand off line retail customers.
