Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities |
Increase in PDMR shareholding
The Company announces that Mr Mark Belton and Mr Noel Endy Soon Aik Chin, both Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR"), have acquired shares through a Company Placing of Ordinary Shares and the Admission of Placing Shares, as announced on Friday 19 June 2020.
Messrs Belton and Chin acquired 10,000 shares each at a price of 120.5p per Ordinary share.
Following this transaction, Mr. Belton's beneficial interest has increased to 376,822 shares and Mr. Chin's beneficial interest has increased to 49,370.
