Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company has been informed that certain investment vehicles connected with Nicholas Mills, a Director of the Company have purchased 202,888 Ordinary Shares at a price of 79p per Ordinary Share on 19 November 2024.
Following the purchase, Nicholas Mills and the investment vehicles connected with him are interested in 20,387,888 Ordinary Shares, representing 14.9785% of the Company's issued share capital.
