Voting Rights and Capital - UPDATED

In conformity with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules (DTR 5.6.1), Cambium Global Timberland Limited (the 'Company') notifies that the Company's issued share capital consists of 104,130,000 ordinary shares. None of these shares are held in Treasury, therefore, the total number of shares with voting rights in the Company is 104,130,000.

This figure (104,130,000 shares) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules (DTR 5.1.2).
