Disposal of Investment

 

Trading Emissions Plc is pleased to announce that, in line with its current investment policy, the Company has disposed of its holding in Chapel Street Environmental LP for USD 4 million, equivalent to approximately GBP 2.5 million. This compares with a carrying book value in the last audited financial statements at 30 June 2012 of GBP 2.3 million and brings the aggregate proceeds received from Chapel Street Environmental LP during 2012 to approximately GBP 3.7 million.
