Voting Rights and Capital

In accordance with Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company notifies the market of the following;

Triad Group Plc confirms that it has issued 9,191 new ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the capital of the Company, following the exercise of share options by an employee under the Company's EMI Share Option Scheme. At the close of business on 30 June 2026, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 17,438,579 ordinary shares of £0.01 each. 

The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury, therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is currently 17,438,579. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in the Company.
