Board Appointment

Triad announces the appointment of Ceris Gardner as non-Executive Director.

Ceris is a lawyer of over 30 years' standing in the profession and is recognised as an industry leading expert. She is currently a consultant at Maurice Turnor Gardner LLP, of which she was a founding partner in 2009, and previously held the position of partner at Allen and Overy LLP from 1991 to 2009.

Ceris has won STEP's coveted "Trusted Advisor of the Year" award twice and was identified as one of the UK's top ten Trusts and Tax lawyers by Spear's Magazine in 2022. She's named by the Legal 500 in their 'Hall of Fame' and is top ranked as a Band 1 lawyer by the Chambers & Partners (HNW) directory.

Executive Chairman, John Rigg, said "I have known and worked with Ceris since the 1980's and I couldn't comment better than the quote taken from Chambers and Partners: 'Universally respected; she is wonderful and a delight to work with."

Ceris holds 20,000 Ordinary shares in the Company.
