Triad Group Plc22 December 2006 The following information is given subsequent to the announcement on 19thDecember 2006 that Steven Sanderson is to be appointed a non-executive directorof Triad Group Plc on 1st January 2007. In accordance with paragraph 9.6.13 (1) of the Listing Rules Steven Sandersonhas confirmed that he is not a director of any other publicly quoted companiesand in addition that he has not been a director of any publicly quoted companieswithin the last five years.
