BLOCK LISTING APPLICATION

Triad Group Plc (the "Company") announces that application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the block listing of 815,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company (the "Shares") to be admitted to the premium segment of the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to be traded on the main market of the London Stock Exchange.

The Shares will be issued pursuant to the Company's 2008 Share Option Scheme (the "Scheme") and will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.

Admission is expected to be effective on 23 November 2018.

No more shares may be issued in respect of the Company's 2008 Share Option Scheme beyond those covered by the block listings.
