Tracsis confirms that it has received notice that following a disposal of 1,041,624 ordinary shares, IP Group plc's combined holding has reduced to 4,944,931 ordinary shares, representing 20.09% of the total issued share capital in the Company and 20.09% of the total voting rights in the Company.

Of the 4,944,931 ordinary shares held by IP Group plc, 3,126,846 are held through its wholly owned subsidiary Techtran Group Limited and 1,818,085 are held by IP Venture Fund, a limited partnership fund that is managed by Top Technology Ventures Limited, a 100% subsidiary of IP Group plc.
