Upcoming resignation of CEO
Today, on 1 June 2018, Mr. Petr Baskakov, CEO of PJSC TransContainer ("TransContainer" or the "Company") (LSE: TRCN) the Company, announced his upcoming resignation. This matter will be considered by the Board of Directors in due course.
