Tribal Group PLC18 October 2007 Tribal Group plc Trading update Tribal Group plc ("Tribal" or the "Group") will announce its results for the six months ended 30 September 2007 on 21 November 2007. A presentation will be given to analysts at 9.30 am at the offices of Hoare Govett Limited, 250 Bishopsgate, London EC2. A copy of the presentation will be made available on Tribal's website. In advance of the announcement of its interim results, the Group provides the following update: "The encouraging start to the current financial period announced at Tribal's AGM on 3 September 2007 has continued and, for the six months ended 30 September2007, the Group expects revenue and profits to be significantly ahead of thecorresponding period last year and in line with expectations. Following the sale of Mercury Health in April 2007, our net debt has reducedconsiderably and stood at £7m as at 30 September 2007. Both cash flow andcapital expenditure in the period have been in line with budget. As announced previously, we are currently undertaking a review of the Group'score competencies, competitive strengths and growth opportunities. We willprovide shareholders with an update with our interim results on 21 November."
