Total Voting Rights
In accordance with the provisions of the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules ("the Rules"), the Company notifies the market of the following:
AtĀ 28Ā February 2009, the Company's issuedĀ shareĀ capitalĀ comprises 90,298,638Ā ordinary shares of 5p each, all admitted to trading. Each ordinary share carries the right to one vote in all circumstances at general meetings of the Company.
The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for theĀ calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Rules.
