Termination of discussions

Further to the announcement on 11 August that Tribal had received preliminary expressions of interest which may or may not lead to an offer being made for the Company, Tribal announces that all such discussions have ceased and that each party has confirmed that it is no longer pursuing an offer for the Company.

Accordingly Tribal is no longer in an Offer Period.
