LTIP Option Awards

On 21 March 2013 Tribal Group plc ("the Company") granted nil-cost options over a total of 882,842 ordinary shares (representing approximately 0.94% of the Company's issued shares) to its executive directors and members of the senior management team under the terms of its 2010 Long Term Incentive Plan.

Chief Executive Keith Evans and Group Finance Director Steve Breach have been granted nil-cost options over 224,075 ordinary shares and 156,853 ordinary shares, respectively. Other members of the senior management team have been granted nil-cost options over an aggregate of 501,914 ordinary shares.

All of the awards are subject to a performance condition measured over a 3 year period ending on 31 December 2015.

This notification is being made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4.
