Notification of transactions of persons discharging managerial responsibility in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R(1)(a)

In accordance with DTR 3.1.4R, Tribal announces that it has today been informed that on 19 April 2016, the following Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs") purchased the following numbers of ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Group ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 22 pence per share, and as such have the following holdings in the Ordinary Shares:

As at 19 April 2016, the Company's issued share capital is 195,380,299.
