Directorate update

Tribal (AIM: TRB), a leading provider of software and services to the international education management market, today announces that the Company's Chief Financial Officer ("CFO"), Mark Pickett, will assume responsibility as acting Chief Executive Officer in addition to his duties as CFO. Mark is supported in the Company by a strong and well established senior leadership team.

Richard Last continues as Executive Chairman, and will continue to provide help and support to Mark and the Executive team to ensure the continuing success of the Company.
