Board Changes

Board appointments

Tribal Group plc ("Tribal" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of John Ormerod and Mathew Masters as non-executive directors of the Company from 21 October 2009. John Ormerod has also been appointed to Chair the Audit Committee of the Company.

David Thompson, currently Senior Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee, will stand down as a director of the Company on 21 October 2009. Lady Katherine Innes Ker, Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, has been appointed Senior Independent Director of the Company from 21 October 2009.

John Ormerod, formerly a partner at Deloitte, is a non-executive director of several public and private companies, including Computacenter plc (where he is Chairman of the Audit Committee), Misys plc (where he is Senior Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee), ITV plc and Gemalto NV (where he is Chairman of the Audit Committee). He was formerly a director of Gemplus International SA.

Mathew Masters is an Associate Director of Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") and is a non-executive director of several of Caledonia's portfolio companies.

The Company is planning to appoint an additional non-executive director and expects to make an announcement regarding this in due course. Further to the announcement made on 28 September 2009, the Company is making good progress in its search for a new Group Finance Director to succeed Simon Lawton when he leaves the Company next year.

No additional information is required to be disclosed in respect of either John Ormerod or Mathew Masters pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13R (1) to (6).

On 17 November 2009 the Company will issue an Interim Management Statement concerning trading since 30 June 2009.
