Board change

Tribal Group plc ("Tribal" or the "Group") announces that its Chief Executive, Peter Martin, will be leaving the Group. Peter has agreed to remain with Tribal until the end of December 2010 and the search for a new Chief Executive has commenced. A further announcement will be made in due course.

John Ormerod, Chairman of Tribal, said:
