Annual Information Update
In accordance with Prospectus Rule 5.2, and following publication of the Company's Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2010 on 15 April 2011, Tribal Group plc presents its Annual Information Update in relation to information that has been published or made available to the public between 18 May 2010 and 11 May 2011.
