Annual General Meeting Update
Tribal's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") was held on 04 May 2022 at 9:00 a.m. As planned the meeting was adjourned until 11 May 2022 at 9:00 a.m. to allow sufficient time for votes to be made and received by the Company due to technical issues with the voting process. All further votes must be received 48 hours prior to the start of the adjourned meeting. The AGM meeting will still be held at the offices of Investec, 30 Gresham St, London, EC2V 7QP (Room 618/619).
