Annual Financial Report for the year ended 31 December 2008 and 

2009 Annual General Meeting 

Tribal Group plc ("Tribal") is pleased to announce that it has published its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2008 and the 2009 Notice of Annual General Meeting.

Tribal announced its preliminary results for the year ended 31 December 2008 on 17 March 2009.
