Annual Financial Report for the year ended 31 December 2009 and

2010 Annual General Meeting

Tribal Group plc ("Tribal") is pleased to announce that it has published its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2009 and the 2010 Notice of Annual General Meeting.

Tribal announced its preliminary results for the year ended 31 December 2009 on 23 March 2010.

The 2010 Annual General Meeting will be held at 9.00am on 20 May 2010 at 87-91 Newman Street, London W1T 3EY. Two copies of the Notice of Annual General Meeting together with the Annual Report and Accounts and proxy form have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at: Financial Services Authority 25 The North Colonnade Canary Wharf London E14 5HS The Document Viewing Facility is open from 9am to 5.30pm on every weekday except bank holidays.
