Trakm8 Holdings PLC25 January 2008 25 January 2008 TRAKM8 HOLDINGS PLC ('the Company') Director's Holdings in Company The Company received notification on 25th January 2008 that on the 24th January2008 Mr Cary Knapton, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 117,736 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('Shares') at 26.5p per Share into his SIPP. On the same day his spouse, Mrs Karen Knapton sold 117,736 Shares at 26.5p per Share.
