Trakm8 (AIM: TRAK), the designer and developer of GPRS based hardware and software for the vehicle placement and security market, has received notice that JF and LJ Watkins have sold 140,550 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares") and that the JF & LJ Watkins SIPP has purchased 140,550 Shares. Both transactions were at a price of 15.5 pence per Share. The net beneficial interest of John Watkins and his family has not changed.
