Issue of Equity

Trakm8, the AIM quoted telematics and data provider to the global market place, announces that it has applied to the London Stock Exchange for 200,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). The new Ordinary Shares are being issued subsequent to an exercise of options over Ordinary Shares by two employees of the Company.

It is expected that Admission will become effective and trading will commence in the new Ordinary Shares at 8.00 a.m. on 1 August 2016. On Admission the Company's issued share capital will comprise 32,485,064 Ordinary Shares, of which 29,000 are held in treasury. Therefore the total number of Ordinary Shares in the Company with voting rights will be 32,456,064. This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
