Trakm8 Holdings plc, the AIM listed telematics and data supplier to global markets, announces that on 15 December 2015, Paul Wilson, Group Sales and Marketing Director stepped down from the Board of Directors to take up a significant new role within the Group; this relates to the AA contract extension announced on 14 December 2015.

Paul has been appointed to the newly created role of Director of Trakm8's dedicated AA Business Unit so that he can concentrate his entire efforts on building the Trakm8 team and its growing business with the AA. As a result Paul has relinquished his previous role of Group Sales and Marketing Director with immediate effect. Paul originally joined our team in early 2009 and has played a significant role in building the customer base and product strategy of the Group. We are very grateful for his contribution to the Board and thank him for his willingness to concentrate on this important new task.
