Director's Share Transfer
t42 IoT Tracking Solutions plc (AIM: TRAC) ("t42" or the "Company"), one of the global leaders in the field of real time tracking and monitoring of shipping containers, announces that it has been notified that on 21 August 2024 the Company's Chief Executive Officer, Avi Hartmann, transferred 1,318,000 ordinary shares of nil par value each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to A-Labs Finance and Advisory Ltd., in satisfaction and full repayment of a loan of approximately £127k.
Accordingly, Avi Hartmann is now interested in 4,443,528 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 8.06% of the Company's existing issued share capital.
