Director/PDMR Shareholdings
TPXimpact Holdings PLC (AIM: TPX), the technology-enabled services group focused on digital transformation, announces that it has been notified today that certain Directors and senior management of the Company have purchased a total of 236,820 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). The details of the purchases and resultant shareholdings are set out below.

Additionally, certain Non-PDMR employees and the TPX EBT acquired 232,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at an average price of 36.7 pence per Ordinary Share.
