The Board of Triple Point VCT 2011 plc has resolved to pay an interim dividend of £398,045 equal to 4 pence per share to A Ordinary Class Shareholders and £341,213 equal to 5 pence per share to B Ordinary Class Shareholders. The dividends will be paid on 28 June 2019 to those A Ordinary Class Shareholders and B Ordinary Class Shareholders on the register at the close of business on 14 June 2019.
