The Board of Triple Point VCT 2011 plc has resolved to pay an interim dividend of £100,000 equal to 1 pence per share to A Ordinary Class Shareholders. The dividend will be paid on 22 February 2019 to those A Ordinary Class Shareholders on the register at the close of business on 15 February 2019.
