DIVIDEND DECLARATION
The Board of Triple Point VCT 2011 plc has today resolved to pay a special dividend of £2,338,516 equal to 23.5p per share to A Ordinary Class Shareholders. The dividend will be paid on 29 November 2019 to those A Ordinary Class Shareholders on the register at the close of business on 15 November 2019.
The special dividend follows the completed the sale of the Company's holding in Green Highland Allt Garbh Limited.
