The Company advises that further to the announcement released at 7am this morning it has now posted to all qualifying shareholders a prospectus regarding the Firm Placing and Placing and Open Offer at 15 pence per share to raise up to GBP21 million gross of expenses following approval of the prospectus by the UK Listing Authority earlier today. The prospectus will be made available on the Company's website at www.corac.co.uktoday. Copies of the prospectus are also available for inspection at the Company's registered office at Brunel Science Park, Kingston Lane, Uxbridge, Middlesex UB8 3PQ during normal business hours.

The Company will endeavor to keep all shareholders informed of any relevant updates in compliance with the AIM Rules for Companies.
