Special Dividend Declaration
As set out earlier today in the Company's announcement of its proposed recommended all-share merger with Belvoir Group PLC (the "Announcement"), the Company announces that it has declared a special dividend of 2.0 pence per TPFG Share (the "Special Dividend").
The Special Dividend is expected to be paid on 2 February 2024 to TPFG Shareholders on the register of members of TPFG on 19 January 2024, with the TPFG Shares being marked ex dividend on 18 January 2024.
