Appointment of Non-Executive Director
The Property Franchise Group PLC, the UK's largest property franchisor, is pleased to announce the appointment of Claire Louise Noyce as a Non-Executive Director of the Company, with immediate effect.
Claire brings 25 years of significant capital markets and governance experience, currently as Deputy Chair of the Quoted Companies Alliance (QCA) and as Managing Partner and CEO of Hybridan LLP.
As CEO of the Corporate Broking firm, Hybridan, Claire has spent many years advising growth companies across London markets, as well as companies that are unlisted. Claire has worked with the QCA for the past 9 years, the last three years as Deputy Chair.
