TomCo announces that, on 29 August 2018, Mr Alexander Benger, a non-executive director of the Company, purchased 18,293 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 5.25 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following these purchases, Mr Benger's total interest in the Company is 18,293 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.03% of the Company's issued share capital.
