Change of Accounting Reference Date

Technologies New Energy plc (LSE: TNE), the energy transition company focused on developing clean energy projects to drive industrial decarbonisation for clients with international business operations, announces that it has now changed its accounting reference date and financial year end from 30 April to 31 December, effective immediately.

This change is to align its financial year end with that of Diverfuel S.A. ("Diverfuel"), the newly acquired and wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company following the acquisition of Diverfuel by TNE, as announced on 28 August 2025 (RNS Number: 9416W).
