Change of Accounting Reference Date
Technologies New Energy plc (LSE: TNE), the energy transition company focused on developing clean energy projects to drive industrial decarbonisation for clients with international business operations, announces that it has changed its accounting reference date and financial year end from 31 December to 30 April. This is to align its financial year end with that of Technologies New Energy S.A. ("TNE Portugal"), the operating entity and wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company following the completion of the reverse takeover of the Company by TNE Portugal which completed today.
As a result of the change of accounting reference date, the Company's next three financial reporting events will be as follows:
· Publication of audited annual accounts for the 16 months to 30 April 2025 by 31 August 2025
· Publication of unaudited interim accounts for the 6 months to 30 June 2025 by 30 September 2025
· Publication of unaudited interim accounts for the 6 months to 30 September 2025 by 31 December 2025
