Tandem Group PLC15 December 2006 Tandem Group plc Voting Rights and Capital In accordance with the transitional provisions of the FSA's Disclosure andTransparency Rules, Tandem Group plc ("Tandem") confirms that its issued sharecapital comprises 37,584,412 ordinary shares of 4p each. All of the ordinary shares have equal voting rights and none of the ordinaryshares are held in treasury. Therefore the total number of voting rights inTandem is 37,584,412.
