TMT Investments PLC (AIM: TMT.L), the venture capital company investing in high-growth technology companies across a number of core specialist sectors, announces that it was notified on 17 August 2018 that Alexander Selegenev, Executive Director of TMT, acquired of a total of 10,500 ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of US$2.363 per share per ordinary share.
Following this acquisition, Mr. Selegenev is interested in 61,076 ordinary shares, representing 0.21% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
