Total Voting Rights
For the purposes of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules ("DTRs"), Time Out notifies the market of the following:
Further to the issue of 34,722 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("Shares") under the Company's block admission of 2,000,000 Shares announced on 25 March 2022 in respect of the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan, as of 31 August 2023 the Company's issued and fully paid share capital consisted of 337,721,036 Shares, all of which carry one voting right per Share. The Company does not hold any Shares in treasury.
The figure of 337,721,036 Shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the DTRs.
