Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2022 / Notice of Annual General Meeting 2022
Time Out Group plc (AIM: TMO), the global media and hospitality business, announces that further to the release of its audited results on 6 December 2022, the Company has today published its Annual Report and Accounts for the 12 months ended 30 June 2022.
The Company also announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") for 2022 will be held on 30 December 2022 at 10:00 am at Time Out Group plc, 172 Drury Lane, London, WC2B 5QR.
Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2022, the Notice of AGM and the associated Form of Proxy have been posted to the shareholders on 7 December 2022. These documents are also available on the Company's website at www.timeout.com/investors.
