As at today's date, the issued share capital of Time Out Group plc with voting rights is 131,166,644 Ordinary Shares of £0.001. Time Out Group plc does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury.
The above figure of 131,166,644 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Time Out Group plc under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
