EBT Share Dealing
The MISSION Group plc (AIM: TMG), creator of Work That Counts comprising a network of 17 Agencies delivering real, sustainable growth for its Clients, announces that it was informed by the Trustee of The Mission Marketing Group Employee Benefit Trust ("EBT") on 15th June 2022 that the EBT acquired 23,255 shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at a price of 64.50 pence per share, on 15th June 2022.
Following this purchase of shares by the EBT, a total of 1,055,475 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.2% of the Company's total voting rights, are held in the EBT.
