Director Shareholding
The Company was informed today that Chris Goodwin, Executive Director, has purchased 57,100 ordinary shares in the Company as follows:

As a result of the above, Mr Goodwin now holds 172,485 ordinary shares in the Company, which represents approximately 0.24 per cent. of the issued share capital.
