AIM Rule Disclosure - Schedule 2(g) Update

In accordance with rule 17 of the AIM Rules for Companies, the following information falls to be disclosed regarding Francis Maude, Chairman of themission.

Mr Maude was a non-executive director of Globalink Telecommunications International Limited and Globalink International plc, both of which he resigned from as a director on 23 November 2007. On 22 November 2007 Globalink Telecommunications International Limited was placed into administration and Globalink International plc was placed into administration on 25 July 2008. The assets of both companies were sold as a going concern. The estimated deficiencies to creditors of Globalink Telecommunications International Limited and Globalink International plc were £821,000 and £392,000, respectively.
