Team17 launches 100th game
Team17, a global games label, creative partner and developer of independent ("indie"), premium video games, is pleased to announce the launch of the Company's 100th game, PLANET ALPHA.
The release of PLANET ALPHA marks the 100th game launched by Team17, which was founded in 1990. The Company has been involved in the successful launch of numerous games, including the Worms franchise, The Escapists and Overcooked series, Yooka-Laylee and collaborates with developers globally.
PLANET ALPHA has been developed in conjunction with Denmark based independent developer Adrian Lazar. The game was recently on show at Gamescom, one of Europe's biggest trade fairs for interactive games and entertainment and is available for purchase from today on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch™ and PC.
PLANET ALPHA is an atmospheric platform adventure game with a unique art style that takes place in a living alien world, with the player completing creative puzzles and using stealth mechanics.
