Team17, a global games entertainment label, creative partner and developer of independent ("indie") premium video games, has been notified that on 23 April 2020, Mark Crawford, Chief Financial Officer, purchased a total of 5,357 Ordinary Shares at a price of 560 pence per share. Following this purchase, Mr Crawford holds 5,357 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.004% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
