Team17, a global games entertainment label, creative partner and developer of independent ("indie") premium video games, has been notified that on 11 May 2020, Jennifer Lawrence, Non-executive Director, purchased a total of 1,864 Ordinary Shares at a price of 536 pence per share. Following this purchase, Ms Lawrence holds 1,864 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.0014% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
The Group's current share capital consists of 131,402,276 Ordinary Shares with voting rights.
