Exercise of Warrants
Totally plc (AIM: TLY), the provider of a range of out-of-hospital services to the healthcare sector in the UK, announces that the Company has received notice on behalf of Optiva Securities Limited in respect of the exercise of warrants to acquire 17,958 new ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). The proceeds realisable by the Company from this warrant exercise are approximately £10,775.
Admission to Trading on AIM
Pursuant to the above warrant exercise, 17,958 new Ordinary Shares have been issued and allotted and application has been made for their admission to trading on AIM. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares. It is expected that admission will become effective and that dealings in the new Ordinary Shares is expected to become effective at 8.00 a.m. on 27 September 2016.
Total Voting Rights
Following admission of the new Ordinary Shares, the Company's issued ordinary share capital will consist of 20,014,079 Ordinary Shares with one voting right per share. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares and voting rights in the Company will be 20,014,079. This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company.

They provide community dermatology services to 18 clinics across Lancashire, Dorset and Hampshire.
